I really like that new title, Sandra. It really is the work you do to remind us that we are able to heal ourselves and that we can always find our true selves and our healing within ourselves.
You have learned so much and shared so much about your own healing, Sandra, since I have known you. It is all there we just have to stop and actually let our health reveal itself to us. <3
Sometimes returning to where we started feels exactly right. The new name sounds like a natural home for the work you’ve been sharing all along. Wishing you well with this next chapter.
Maia, I'm glad you have fond memories of Always Well Within! It's always had a special meaning to me. I'm sure you'll appreciate that I stole it from the Primordial Buddha, who is known as "Always Well."
Do you still have your original website, Sandra? I’m curious because I still have mine, but the longer I stay on Substack, I wonder if I can let my Wordpress site go. Still not sure about that…
My Always Well Within blog was on Squarespace. I deleted it from Squarespace in April this year, but I saved a backup on a private, free WordPress blog. It’s not an easy decision.
Who knows what the future of Substack holds? But I know it’s so difficult to get new readers to an independent blog because of how search works these days, and I don’t want to spend hours on social media trying to get them there.
Plus, because I’m slightly :-) older than you, if Substack goes bad, I will probably stop writing online and put more time into my spiritual practice. That’s just my priority as I age. I know many other older writers would want to keep writing.
we may be closer in age than you think : ) i’m having similar thoughts… it’s definitely a time of transition, not only in our individual lives, but in the world.

Jean, You’ve said it so perfectly! The new title is the old title and it does represent my work so much better. Thank you!

George, it does feel right! I feel so good about it. Thank you.
Pleased to see this since I met you back in the original Always Well Within days!
Charlotte, thank you! That means a lot to me. I’ve always cherished out connection.
Same here, Sandra and I'm so happy it continues.
Sometimes we have to venture out only to curve back around to our true inner self; I’m enjoying this journey with you. Always well within 🙏❤️
Thank you, Kat! I'm so glad you get it! 🙏 🌺
I love the name change, Sandra, and how you came back to it. May it serve you well here!
Cathy, I'm so happy you love the name change. There's a lot in a name, and I think Always Well Within represents my writing all the more.
I agree that it represents your writing well. It's also something we can all aspire to.
Great choice! I have lovely memories of Always Well Within from the early days, and now here it is again. Meant to be : )
