Self-reflection is essential if we truly wish to let go of unhelpful patterns and adopt positive habits and mindsets.
It works best if we schedule a self-reflection session periodically; otherwise, chances are we’ll never get to it.
That applies to our patterns of stress as well. So let’s take a moment to pause and take an honest look at our stress levels.
