In my opinion, humble I hope, self- condidence as well as self- esteem come from taking action.

Doing self- esteemable acts.

Self re-assurance and positive thinking help of course!

Thank you!!

This was fascinating. And I love the idea of planting this positive narrative inside of ourselves. Do you think that sometimes those negative thoughts are meant to be fully considered, and maybe they have a lot of truth to share with us, as difficult as it may feel?

Isaiah, Thank you. Sometimes, negative thoughts may have information for us. It's always good to consider this. I don't believe in toxic positive!

Thank you! I love your understanding and consideration of the other side. Sometimes I feel like I’m a contrarian, although I’m really just processing and modulating the quantity and quality of the original idea. So thanks for being receptive versus defending. Shows your true character.

Mary, That's one of my favorites, too! Many of us seem plagued by the notion of "not enough." Love countering that. Thanks for your reply.

It's such a beautiful collection! This one spoke immediately to me: "I know my life is a miracle. I respect it like a precious gem." I think I make it my own: I know my life is a miracle. And I protect it like a magic gemstone.

This was wonderful! “I am a whiz at navigating bumps in the road.” exactly what I needed in this moment. Dealing with some stress and worry right now, and this helped me see that I’m just being a little insecure and need a jolt of confidence. Thanks for these!

"Self-confidence cannot be forced; it comes from many little steps. Like a seed, it must be watered and tended to with care." I love this take, Sandra! Self-confidence is a practice. I also love the note that confidence can be quiet, too.
