It has occurred to me for a couple years now that I have slowed down quite a bit. Reading your post, I realized I need to work on "savoring the moment." Thank you for that reminder!
Cathy, that's a tremendous accomplishment, especially in New York City! I love hearing that you're open to fine-tuning a little more with "savoring the moment." Much love!
Vicki, thank you! I believe that every little positive step is a step forward. We may never reach perfection, but even a little slower helps. Have a great weekend!
A true day off even once a month would be so nice. I'm not willing to accept the consequences of leaving things undone.
Tahm, I get that! I don’t like leaving things undone either. I hope you get a true day off soon!
Was happy to see that I do many of the things on your list. Getting away from screens is my next challenge. So many dopamine hits!
Judy, Bravo! Screens can be challenging, that's for sure. Good luck with that.

Beautiful list Sandra. I still haven't mastered preparing for my day the night before, or savouring my food, despite many years of good intention! 🙃

Excellent post. I plan to practice many on your list.
Okie, I'm so happy to hear that! Enjoy!
I definitely needed this in a single mother to five children who lost their dad six years June 29th 😭💔
Ann, That sounds so challenging. My heart is with you. I’m glad this piece could help a bit. Sending love.
