I've recently discovered gardening to be very satisfying! I planted beans, onion sets and parsnips yesterday...I can't believe how much I enjoy this. Ok, so I'm a bit burnt out in my muscles and it can be hard to physically train 'new-to-work' muscles, but it's setting my mind free to roam better data. I'm also training to be a PT...which means weights and diet and study. All good things. Lastly, I'm going to Spain on Monday. I've been planning a return since the winter when I went for two months to the mountains in Andalusia. It was a fantastic (and dirt cheap) eye opener for me, tho the trip was fraught with emotional fragility I was set ablaze with confidence that I could mend, stretch and be freer than I've previously known...or just forgotten how to be....travel, training and working the land! My holy Trinity for 2023.

Thank you for the inspiration to write my thoughts 💭⭐🌼😺

Phoebe, Your holy Trinity for 2023 is so inspiring. I did my time in my fruit orchard before the lava covered it. Now I just like pulling weeds. But I find it very satisfying just like you describe. You have a lot of good things going on. I admit, I'm a bit envious of your trip to Spain. I've never been although I've spent some time in the South of France. Have a great trip!

I know the finger holding exercise, Sandra, and have a close friend who does JSJ on me whenver I request it as a trade for something I do to help her. It is powerful!

I also pray and do gratitude work. I also take long walks that always make me feel much better!

Thank you for writing about this Sandra. I do energy work to keep myself centered. Tracing my triple warmer meridian backwards by putting my hands over each eye, pulling my hands across to each temple on one breath inhaling and bring my hands up and over each ear and down my neck to my throat and then holding them both over my heart and exhaling works wonders because it actually sedates that meridian when it is going into flight , fight or freeze response. I learned this from Donna Eden of Eden Energy Medicine.

Yvonne, Thanks for sharing what works for you. I love Donna Eden's book. It's one of the few physical books I own. I'll check that triple warmer practice out since my FFF response can indeed be overactive. Thank you! I appreciate your comments.
