I love the idea of intentionality. I do get distracted very easily but I really can write some of my desires down and review them often and write about them which is how I figure things out. I am with you, I travel inside much more than outside. I am reclusive and introverted although I have learned to be extroverted to be able to teach and to be in a public studio. Hi I love getting your emails I find everything you have to say brave and fascinating and everything is well written I would love to find the courage to just write ,iv had a mini stroke in 2015 I just worked had my holidays then worked then about 1 and half years ago I had a brain hemorrhage so now I fill my time with my granddaughters who are my life they teach me how to bring our my inner child and have fun where growing up I never had fun ,anyway sorry I'm blethering I just wanted to thank you for ur emails as they always make me smile give me hope . I hope this one gets to you thank you michelle
